HOW TO APPLY

Soften up: Soften skin in a shower or bath first. 

Just add water: Wet the mitt, squeeze out excess water and place over your hand. Using reasonable pressure, rub skin in a rapid vertical direction. The exfoliating mitt can also be used dry, but we recommend using after you’ve been in a warm shower or sauna and your skin feels quite warm.
