*You may request a specific team member for your spray tan however due to individual availability you may not get your first preference. We always do our best to avoid changes however sometimes it is out of our control.

All deposits & payments made are non-refundable. If you have to reschedule your appointment, you will be issued a credit. You will not lose your deposit or payment made if used within 60 days.

Any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of your booking will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full service amount. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we will not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

We will do our very best to reschedule your service. We require payment to confirm your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
